meal. The dining area comfortably seats 6 plus 2 bar stools

at kitchen counter.

Downstairs has washer and dryer, ½ bath and outdoor shower

(so you can wash up after the beach!), air-conditioning, ping-

pong table, out door furnishings, barbeque pit, and double bay window doors looking out onto canal.

Fishing right in the backyard! Yard is fenced in with fishing lights (offers great lighting for night-time fishing). Please don't forget to turn off downstairs air-conditioning and night-time fishing lights when finished!

Walk to beach, marina, community swimming pool, playground, private 900' gated community fishing pier, bait shop and local family owned restaurant.

Vistors must supply all sheets, towels, paper goods including toilet tissue, paper towels, salt, pepper, etc.
